In every product page, the item availability is stated:
In stocks: The item is available in our warehouse and ready for delivery.
Made-to-order or backordered items: We currently don't have the item in stock. The item is expected to arrive at our warehouse depending on the production schedule. Please refer to the product page for lead time details or contact customer service for more information.
Once your checkout is complete, we'll reach out via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery date, no later than 3 working days.
Please note that once the delivery date is confirmed and scheduled, it cannot be changed. Any changes will incur a rescheduling fee.
We’ll send you an email or message with the driver and vehicle details once available. The driver will also call you upon arrival.
Back-order: You can sign up for notifications to be alerted when the item is back in stock.
Out of Stock: Unfortunately, out-of-stock items may not be restocked soon, but you can explore other available options.

Yes, we cater to bulk orders for businesses such as hotels, restaurants, and offices. Please contact us via riccione@riccione.asia, and our sales team will provide customized quotes.
We offer a one-year warranty on our solid wood furniture and sofa surface; five years warranty on sofa inner frame, against manufacturing defects applicable to the original owner effective from the date of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tears. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for clarification.

Shipping During Festive Season
Please be aware that during festive periods such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and other holidays, our shipping times may be extended. Delivery could take up to 14 days or more during these peak periods. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Currently, we do not offer an option to select a specific delivery date during checkout. However, you can make a request for your preferred delivery date in the “notes” section at checkout. Please note that this is a request and not guaranteed.
Your delivery date will be scheduled at least 7-10 working days from the date of purchase, in line with our standard delivery time for ready stock items.
If you need to change your delivery booking, please let us know in advance. We are happy to assist!

Less than 3 working days’ notice may incur a re-delivery fee.

Assembly & Installation
We give you the option to choose!
Self-pick-up & DIY assembly: It’s a great option to pick up your furniture and assemble them yourself to save costs. Many of our products come with installation instructions for easy self-assembly.
Professional Assembly: We offer professional assembly services as well. Please refer to delivery charges under "Delivery & Shipping" section. Meet the respective minimum purchase for your area to enjoy free delivery & assembly service!
If you run into any issues during assembly, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer
support team. We’ll guide you through the process or arrange for a professional to assist, though additional charges will apply.
Please note: If the product is damaged due to improper assembly, it will not be covered under our warranty policy. It's important to follow the provided instructions carefully to avoid any issues. Damage caused by incorrect assembly is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you're having difficulty assembling the product due to a possible defect, please
contact our customer service team first. We'll assist you in determining if the issue can be resolved without further help.
Please note: If the product is found to be non-defective and you're requesting service, additional charges will apply. These fees include RM 100 for transport, plus the assembly fee for the product.
Return & Exchange
All sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please note that we do not offer refunds for furniture purchases.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may request an exchange / on-site service, but only for manufacturing defects—not for a change of mind.

Exchanges for Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, please complete the Product Issue Form and we’ll assist to investigate it.
At RICCIONE, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your new furniture. However, we do not currently offer refunds on furniture purchases.
We encourage you to carefully review all product details before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
A manufacturing defect refers to faults that occur during the production process and affect the functionality, durability, or appearance of the product. These may include:
- Structural issues – Broken or unstable frames or loose
joints. - Material defects – Cracks, warping or peeling.
- Functionality problems – Drawers, doors, or mechanisms
that do not operate properly.
If you believe your item has a defect, contact us within the warranty
period.
- Natural wood variations - Solid wood furniture is unique, with natural variations in color, knots, holes & pins, grain patterns (e.g. tiger stripes), mineral streaks, grease lines, and contraction joints. These are not defects but natural traits that enhance their authenticity.
Wood naturally expands and contracts with temperature and humidity changes, making each piece one of a kind. These natural traits do not affect the durability or quality of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects. Instead, they add to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. Refer natural wood variations. - Expansion & contraction - Slight movement or minor cracks due to humidity and temperature
changes. - Wear & tears - Scratches, dents, or discoloration from regular use.
- Assembly-related issues - Damage due to incorrect assembly or improper handling after
delivery.
We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item, there's no need to worry! Here’s how we can resolve it quickly:
Step 1: File a Report
Visit our online Product Issue Form to submit a report. This is the fastest and most efficient way to provide all the necessary details. Please ensure the form is fully completed so we can expedite the resolution process.
Step 2: Describe the Issue
Clearly explain whether the item is damaged or if you received the wrong product. A brief but accurate description helps us assess the situation quickly.
Step 3: Attach Photos (Highly Recommended)
Upload clear images showing damage or incorrect items. Providing photos allows us to better understand the issue and speeds up the resolution process.
Once we receive your report, our team will review it within 5-7 working days and reach out to discuss the next steps. We’ll work efficiently to provide the best
solution, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or another suitable resolution.
Please do not return any items before speaking with our team.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the item has been handed over to a third-party transporter arranged by the buyer.
