At Riccione, we are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and excellent service. Our team goes to great lengths to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition and matches your expectations. However, due to the customized and large-format nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.


1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

All purchases made through Riccione are final. We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • You selected the wrong item, size, color, or configuration.
  • You no longer need the item.
  • Delivery has already been scheduled or completed.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, measurements, finishes, and delivery timelines before placing an order. Our customer service team is readily available to assist you with any questions before checkout.

 

2. Refunds Due to Manufacturing Defects

Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances involving verified manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced.

To be eligible for a refund in such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by submitting the Product Issue Form available on our website.
  • Your request must include:
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs that clearly show the defect.
  • The issue must meet our definition of a manufacturing defect, such as:
  • Structural faults (e.g., broken frames, unstable joints).
  • Material damage (e.g., warping, cracking, peeling).
  • Functional failure (e.g., drawers or doors that do not operate properly).


If your claim is approved after inspection by our quality control team, we will offer the following remedies:

  • repair at no cost to you.
  • A replacement of the defective item.
  • In rare cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a refund will be issued for the defective product.

 

3. Refunds Due to Delivery Failures by Riccione

If Riccione is unable to fulfill an order due to reasons within our control, such as:

  • Unavailability of promised stock or failure to meet delivery timelines,

You may be eligible to cancel your order and request a full refund. This must be discussed with our customer support team before initiating the cancellation.

 

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be:

  • Issued via the original method of payment.
  • Processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

 

5. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Damage caused by incorrect self-assembly or third-party mishandling.
  • Natural variations in wood such as color differences, grain patterns, knots, or minor cracks due to humidity.
  • Wear and tear from usage including scratches, dents, or discoloration.
  • Issues reported after the warranty period has expired or beyond the 24-hour inspection window post-delivery.
