Due to the nature of our business and the preparation process involved, we maintain a strict cancellation policy as outlined below:
1. General Cancellation Terms
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong item, size, or color selected
- Found a similar item elsewhere
- Decided not to proceed with furniture purchase
- Delays caused by third-party logistics or festive seasons (within reasonable time)
We encourage customers to double-check their order details—including product, quantity, color, and delivery address—before completing the checkout process.
2. Modifications After Purchase
We understand that you may occasionally need to make changes. The following adjustments are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order:
