Welcome to Riccione. By visiting our website, purchasing products, or interacting with any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users and customers of Riccione, whether browsing, inquiring, or placing an order.
Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. Product Information & Availability
- All product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are provided to the best of our accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to screen resolution or natural differences in materials, particularly for solid wood items.
- Products listed as “ready stock” are available for immediate dispatch, typically within 7–10 working days.
- Items marked “made-to-order” or “backordered” are manufactured or sourced upon request and are subject to longer lead times (approximately 4–8 weeks).
- Riccione reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to unforeseen stock unavailability or production issues. A full refund will be provided in such instances.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept multiple payment methods including FPX (online banking), Visa/MasterCard credit and debit cards, and installment plans through our website.
- Full payment must be made at least 5 working days before the scheduled delivery date. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is received in full.
3. Order Processing
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your confirmation for accuracy (e.g., item selection, delivery address).
- If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., update delivery address), please contact us within 24 hours. Requests after this period may not be accommodated.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Riccione offers door-to-door delivery within West Malaysia. Delivery charges vary by region and are waived if minimum purchase thresholds are met.
- Deliveries are typically made within:
- 7–10 working days for ready-stock items.
- 4–8 weeks for backordered or made-to-order items.
- We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates but will do our best to accommodate preferred delivery requests.
- You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Someone is available to receive the delivery.
- Access permissions (e.g., guardhouse entry, building lift bookings) are arranged beforehand.
- Re-delivery fees apply if our team cannot complete delivery due to access restrictions or absence of recipient.
5. Assembly & Installation
- For eligible deliveries, professional assembly is included in the delivery service.
- For self-pick-up orders, customers may opt for DIY assembly with included instructions.
- Riccione is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect self-assembly. Improper installation will also void warranty coverage.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- All furniture sales are final, with no refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders.
- Only items with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange, repair, or refund.
- Claims must be submitted via our Product Issue Form within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with clear photographic evidence.
- Our team will assess the claim and offer the appropriate resolution.

7. Warranty
- All solid wood furniture and sofa surface is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- All sofa inner frame is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse or improper assembly
- Natural wood characteristics (e.g., knots, cracks due to humidity)
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, photos, and written material on our website or in our marketing is the exclusive property of Riccione and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Riccione shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather, or holidays.
- Losses resulting from misuse or incorrect installation of products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
11. Updates to Terms
Riccione reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
